As a result of world events surrounding the coronavirus, I have gathered these versus on the Christian’s hope beyond the grave that overcomes fear. There are many top ten favorites and some new ones you might not have thought of for years. If you are struggling with fear and loneliness, meditate on these verses. If I have left out any of your favorites, please do me the favor of letting me know or adding them to the comments below.

The Christian’s hope is not some fanciful wishful gambler’s dream, it is a confident expectation of the future. Almost every verse in this list describes the hope, proves the hope, and looks forward to the hope. Ironically, my SEO tool says I didn’t use the word “hope” enough.

If you are not a Christian and don’t have this hope, would you take a moment to consider the gospel that Jesus Christ died for the penalty of your sins to give you absolute righteousness and a guarantee of eternal life.
