Ezra’s Public Reading of the Law (Nehemiah 8): After the completion of the wall of Jerusalem, Ezra the scribe stood on a wooden platform and read from the Book of the Law of Moses from daybreak till noon in the presence of men, women, and all who could understand. This reading led to a great revival among the people. They listened attentively, wept, and rejoiced as they understood the words of the Law.
  14. The Dedication of the Wall of Jerusalem (Nehemiah 12:27-43): This event included processions, thanksgiving, and great rejoicing as the Israelites celebrated the completion of the wall.
