If you can watch this video and not believe in God, the intelligent designer of the universe, the creator of mankind, and the savior of the world, then you have more faith than me.
In the beginning the Word already existed.
The Word was with God,
and the Word was God.
He existed in the beginning with God.
God created everything through him,
and nothing was created except through him.
The Word gave life to everything that was created,
and his life brought light to everyone.
The light shines in the darkness,
and the darkness can never extinguish it. (John 1:1-5)
In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth.
Now the earth was formless and empty, darkness was over the surface of the deep, and the Spirit of God was hovering over the waters.
And God said… (Genesis 1)
“The God who made the world and everything in it is the Lord of heaven and earth and does not live in temples built by human hands. (Acts 17:24)
He also says, “In the beginning, Lord, you laid the foundations of the earth, and the heavens are the work of your hands. (Hebrews 1:10)
By faith we understand that the universe was formed at God’s command, so that what is seen was not made out of what was visible. (Hebrews 11:3)
“You are worthy, our Lord and God, to receive glory and honor and power, for you created all things, and by your will they were created and have their being.” (Revelation 4:11)
You alone are the LORD. You made the heavens, even the highest heavens, and all their starry host, the earth and all that is on it, the seas and all that is in them. You give life to everything, and the multitudes of heaven worship you. (Nehemiah 9:6)
He alone stretches out the heavens and treads on the waves of the sea. (Job 9:8)
“Where were you when I laid the earth’s foundation? Tell me, if you understand. (Job 38:4)
The heavens are yours, and yours also the earth; you founded the world and all that is in it. (Psalm 89:11)
In the beginning you laid the foundations of the earth, and the heavens are the work of your hands. (Psalm 102:25)
May you be blessed by the LORD, the Maker of heaven and earth. (Psalm 115:15)
Our help is in the name of the LORD, the Maker of heaven and earth. (Psalm 124:8)
Give thanks to him who made the heavens so skillfully.
His faithful love endures forever. (Psalm 136:5)
Let them praise the name of the LORD,
for at his command they were created, (Psalm 148:5)
This is what God the LORD says—the Creator of the heavens, who stretches them out, who spreads out the earth with all that springs from it, who gives breath to its people, and life to those who walk on it: (Isaiah 42:5)
For this is what the LORD says—he who created the heavens, he is God; he who fashioned and made the earth, he founded it; he did not create it to be empty, but formed it to be inhabited– he says: “I am the LORD, and there is no other. (Isaiah 45:18)
But God made the earth by his power; he founded the world by his wisdom and stretched out the heavens by his understanding. (Jeremiah 10:12)
“He made the earth by his power; he founded the world by his wisdom and stretched out the heavens by his understanding. (Jeremiah 51:15)
