This site contains material from several authors who have come out of a very legalistic fundamental separatist no-name Christian sect with churches throughout the USA, Mexico, and Canada. Some of our anonymity is intentional (John 3:22-36) and some is baggage (1 Timothy 1:12-17). But, we know that we were not alone in our self-righteousness (Acts 22:1-22; Acts 26:1-32; Galatians 1:11-24; Philippians 3:1-11), so we have tried to address the problem through various appeals to scripture, history, and literature…

Sometimes, we have felt like the descendants of Korah (Psalm 44), but we have considered the end of the wicked (Psalm 73) and draw near to God. We are not trying to be secretive or hide our affiliation, but we don’t want to focus on any particular group, sect, or denomination (2 Timothy 4:1-8)…
We want to preach the message of the cross (1 Corinthians 1:16-31) and appeal to the scriptures to build you up and give you an inheritance (Acts 20:13-36)…
We endeavor to quote scripture and explain the meaning to help people understand each passage (Nehemiah 8:1-12). We cannot claim to be infallible or even necessarily correct on our explanations, but we know that God is faithful, and the Holy Spirit will guide the reader (John 14:15-31). We all need to eat the meat and spit out the bones (Galatians 5:1-15).
The authors attend various churches in various cities. But we don’t want this website to be about us or the churches we attend. Instead, we are seeking to edify the entire Church (Philippians 1:27-30; Jude 1:17-25). We don’t want anything about ourselves or the different churches we attend to obscure the gospel (2 Corinthians 4:1-18).
